Reservations are made online through the Smoobu booking system
A reservation becomes binding once confirmed by e-mail
3. Payment Terms
A deposit of 30% of the total stay price is paid online at the time of booking
Payments are processed securely by card via Stripe
The remaining 70% is automatically charged 14 days before arrival
4. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, the guest will be charged 100% of the first night.
In case of a no-show, the guest is charged 100% of the total stay price.
5. Arrival and Departure
Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (key lockbox – please contact the host about your expected arrival time to receive the code)
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Exact information is sent before arrival
6. House Rules
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire property
The guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay
Parties are not permitted
7. Final Provisions
These terms are valid from the date of publication
Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic
